Good morning,

Friend.

I'm so proud of you for pressing play and for taking this time for yourself.

Remain in a comfortable position,

Whether that's still laying in bed or maybe seated in a comfortable chair or on the floor.

If you can manage to keep your eyes closed without falling back to sleep,

Feel free to do that.

And if finding a fixed object on the floor to focus on throughout this meditation can help you remain awake,

I encourage you to do so.

Together,

Let's take a deep breath in and release.

Another energizing breath through our nose and a grounding exhale through our mouths.

Today is going to be a great day.

It's going to be a great day because you're going to make it a great day.

You're going to make aligned choices.

You're going to complete the tasks that you need to complete.

You're going to honor all the promises you made to yourself and others.

You're going to remain calm and pause before responding.

You're going to remember the bigger picture,

Whatever that may be.

Because my friend,

Life is so beautiful and to have this day,

To live the life you want to live is truly an extraordinary experience.

You may not get to choose every circumstance in your life,

But you do get to choose your attitude and how you show up day after day.

And today you're choosing positivity.

You're choosing excitement.

You're choosing success.

You're choosing pride.

I invite you to look a bit towards the future just when you're lying down in bed at the end of today.

Picture yourself feeling proud,

Feeling tired because your day was full of accomplishments.

Picture yourself falling asleep with a smile on your face because you showed up today aligned with the version of you you want to be.

My friend,

You took the first step today by setting these intentions.

Now it's up to you to continue the rest of your day with this same energy.

And I know you'll make yourself proud.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and enjoy the rest of your day.
