Intuitive energy healing meditation.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down,
Wherever you feel supported.
When you're ready,
Softly close your eyes and take a deep,
Nourishing breath in and let it go.
All life is energy.
You can feel it in the atmosphere of a room,
In a conversation that leaves you drained,
Or in the emotional weight you sometimes carry that isn't even yours.
Today,
We're giving you a simple and powerful way to clear what no longer belongs to you,
So you can stay grounded,
Clear,
And fully in your own energy.
This practice is a beautiful expression of brahmacharya,
The wise use of your energy.
It helps you release leaks,
Strengthen your boundaries,
And keep your life force directed towards what truly serves you.
So let's begin.
Take another slow breath in through the nose,
And out through the mouth,
And let go.
Bring your attention to the center of your head.
Imagine two gentle lines crossing there,
One running straight back from between your eyebrows,
And the other running across from ear to ear.
This is your energetic center,
Your own space.
Now,
In front of you,
At about an arm's length distance,
Picture a beautiful rose.
Let it be any color that feels right in this moment.
Soft,
Vibrant,
Whatever arises.
Imagine this rose is gently sticky,
Like a cosmic vacuum cleaner.
And with your next inhale,
Slowly draw the rose into the center,
Into the very center of your head,
And allow it to collect anything that is not yours.
Any thoughts,
Any emotions,
Any heaviness,
Or energy that feels foreign or draining.
And let that rose gather it all,
Like a cosmic vacuum cleaner,
Easily and completely.
When it feels full,
Gently pull the rose back out in front of you.
Now completely destroy it.
You can do so by imagining lighting it on fire,
Or tossing a little bomb at it,
Watching it dissolve into light,
Or blowing it away like petals on the wind.
See all that energy dispersing and returning to its rightful source,
Free and clear.
Now imagine a sun coming to the top of your head,
And you can feel it with anything you want to bring into your day.
It could be strength,
Courage,
Wise use of your energy,
Strong boundaries,
Self-love,
And love of the divine.
And you'll pop a little hole in that gold sun,
And you'll let all that high vibration energy pour in through the top of your head,
Giving you all the fuel and all the energy that feels most nourishing and needed.
And take a deep breath in,
And exhale slowly,
Just noticing how much lighter,
Clearer,
And more grounded you feel.
You can repeat this rose practice any time you feel the need,
Before a conversation,
After being around others,
Or simply to reset your energy.
Be as creative as you'd like.
It only takes a few minutes,
And the more you use it,
The more natural it becomes.
So taking one more full,
Deep breath through the nose,
And exhaling gently out the mouth.
Feel your body resting here.
Feel the space you've created inside yourself.
When you're ready,
You can gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
And whenever you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
