How does one recover their nature?
Well,
We learn how to tune in to our inner guidance.
And with Yoni Swell,
We surf the waves of the ocean,
And it opens up a way for us to listen,
To go within and listen.
But how do we do this in a practical way?
Well,
Today I'm talking about the root chakra.
Within the seven chakra system,
The root chakra is the first chakra.
And it represents feeling safe.
It represents feeling grounded.
It represents being able to process something in order to make the best choice possible.
It is the deep knowing that we have the inner ability and natural resources to provide for ourselves because of our inner gifts and talents.
And so the root chakra,
How do we apply this in a practical way?
Well,
When we connect it to surfing and the cosmos,
We are a part of this experience of surfing.
We are a part of the cosmos,
The universe.
And the moon dictates the tides.
And so when we tap into our physical body and we pay attention to the physical sensations that we are feeling throughout the body and knowing which chakra it applies to,
It helps us tune into our intuition,
Tune into our inner guidance,
And really make the best decisions that we can at any given moment.
The root chakra is below the hips,
Down to our feet.
And like I said,
It represents feeling safe.
Are we creating a safe environment for us that is stable?
And so if we tune into the physical sensations that are related to these parts of our body,
Especially in the water,
When we are paddling out and we are working on our skills but really looking to when do I paddle for this wave,
Our inner guidance,
Knowing our root chakra,
And getting to know our body better helps us connect to our intuition.
And it is simply a way in which we can and will return to our nature.
