Today I'm talking about the archetype of Aries energy.

What does this mean?

Aries is the infant of the zodiac wheel.

Aries energy correlates to the brand newness of every experience.

The Aries energy needs to take action towards one's desires and it needs freedom to do so.

Aries is a cardinal sign.

It's like a starter.

It's an initiator.

It starts cycles with one's instincts.

So the Aries energy will operate from the gut instinct.

In its natural expression it will trust its instincts.

The Aries energy is also where we experience anger and perhaps rage.

The wisdom of what this energy teaches us is it's okay to go for it.

To acknowledge our desires and to go for it.

To trust what our body tells us because our body will tell us what does not feel right and to trust that.

Aries energy creates.

It learns about itself through experiences.

It must interact with others in order to learn about itself and so this is the energy of giving birth and embracing what that feels like as a way to grow to evolve and to be the best versions of ourselves.

So I invite you to get to know your own Aries energy a little bit better.
