Hola my friend.
Welcome into your nervous system reset meditation.
I'm so happy you're here and take a moment to settle in and begin by finding a comfortable position.
You might be sitting upright or resting somewhere quiet where your body can feel supported.
If you're called to lay down that is simply okay also and let your eyes gently close and before we do anything else simply notice that you are here present,
Aware.
Today is a new day,
A new moment and a new beginning.
There is nothing to solve right now,
Nothing to fix.
Just this moment right here and right now.
Now bring your attention to your breath.
We'll begin a simple rhythm together.
We will inhale slowly through the nose for four and then we will exhale gently through the mouth for six and now together we will inhale for four three two one and exhale for six five four three two one and inhale four three two one and exhale six five four three two one and inhale for four three two one and exhale for six five four three two one and we'll go one more time inhale for four three two one and exhale for six five four three two and one.
Continue focusing on your natural breath and as you breathe breathe into the belly and allow your exhales to be long and slow.
As your exhale lengthens the nervous system begins to soften.
The body recognizes safety,
What it feels to feel safe and to embody safety and we'll continue breathing this way for a few more cycles.
Go ahead and inhale for four three two one and exhale for six five four three two one and inhale for four three two one and exhale six five four three two one and continue on your own and with each breath out imagine the thinking mind loosening its grip.
You don't have to push thoughts away,
Just let them pass through like clouds moving across the sky.
Your mind can rest and likely you will continue to have thoughts and that's okay.
You can simply notice and say thinking you are in charge of your thoughts,
You are in charge of your mind and allow your intuition to emerge.
Now gently bring your awareness into the body,
Into your body.
Notice the weight of your body where you are sitting.
Allow your sit bones to gently melt into the surface beneath you and imagine that mother earth is supporting you,
Holding you,
Nurturing you.
Notice your feet,
Feel into the heaviness and the contact between your feet and the surface below.
Your legs,
Notice your legs and the contact beneath them.
Your hips,
Notice your hips.
Feel the simple presence of being in your body.
This is not about thinking about the body but going within and allowing yourself to feel what is happening internally and simply notice.
Notice your breath.
Allow yourself to notice when you inhale and your chest rises and your belly expands and softens.
Your nervous system is learning that it does not need to rush.
There's no urgency,
There's nowhere you need to be.
Your mind often tries to solve the entire day before it begins planning,
Replaying,
Analyzing but your body lives in something different.
It lives in this moment.
It does not know what time it is and your intuition lives here too,
Not in the noise of overthinking but in the quiet signals of your body,
The wisdom of your body,
The subtle sense of what feels right,
What feels good,
What feels grounded,
And what feels aligned.
Take another slow inhale for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And a long exhale for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your teeth relax.
Place your tongue at the roof of your mouth and allow your feeling and sensation to feel into that relaxation and bring your attention to your forehead.
Allow that to soften.
Imagine the breath creating space inside your mind,
Expanding,
Clearing out,
Purifying,
Making space where clarity can emerge naturally.
Now gently bring curiosity toward the thoughts that might already be present today.
There's no need to judge them.
Simply notice.
Ask yourself quietly,
What thoughts feel limiting today?
Maybe a worry about something that keeps looping in your mind,
Anticipating the future.
Maybe it's a belief about yourself.
Maybe it's a familiar pattern.
The mind likes to repeat.
And simply notice,
Is this a pattern that I feel in my body that is just on repeat and repeat?
And simply notice.
Ask yourself,
Is this belief,
Are these thoughts,
Are they even rooted in my truth and what resonates as who I naturally am?
Awareness itself begins to loosen its power and you can begin to reclaim your agency,
Your truth,
And what you are no longer willing to carry.
And now bring your attention back into the body.
Notice your breath.
Feel into the steadiness of this moment,
This present moment,
The wisdom of your body.
And from this calmer place,
Ask yourself another question.
What would a calmer version of me believe instead?
This is not about forcing positive thoughts.
This is about being open to receiving your own inner guidance,
Truth,
And wisdom that already lives within you.
This is about creating space for a supportive perspective,
Your true self to come through,
Something that feels steady,
Something your body can actually remember,
Believe,
And embody.
This is about alignment.
And maybe it sounds something like,
I can take today one step at a time.
I don't need to have everything figured out.
I'm learning as I go.
I give myself permission to move through the day calmly.
I have the freedom to do so.
I have freedom and choices to do something differently.
Let that belief settle into your body.
Take one more slow breath in.
And we inhale for 4,
3,
2,
1.
And we exhale for 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Notice how your body feels in this moment.
Your mind may still be thinking.
But now you are the observer,
Noticing,
Aware.
And from that place,
You can move through your day with more steadiness,
Empowerment,
Clarity,
Presence,
And trust.
Trusting your body and the wisdom of your body.
And bring your attention back to your feet.
And just notice the contact between feet and the surface beneath.
Bring your attention to your hands.
Soften your shoulders.
Maybe it helps to rotate your head from side to side,
From shoulder to shoulder.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
And take a moment to reflect on how you're feeling,
What does calm feel like in your body.
And allow these answers to come through.
It may not be right now in this moment,
But simply notice what is rising from within you to be tended to,
To nurture,
And to simply acknowledge.
Allow the wisdom of your body to speak to you and allow your intuition to whisper to you throughout your day.
Today is a new day.
And today,
With intention,
With purpose,
You can move through your day from a different place.
From presence,
From awareness,
And from experienced regulation.
Thank you for being here.
I am sending you oceans of love.
And I will connect with you soon.
Have a beautiful day.
