Hello.

Good morning.

Thank you so much for joining me today for this morning meditation to help you with clarity,

Ease,

And energizing throughout your day.

My name is Jordan.

I am so grateful that you are here.

And without further ado,

Let's get started.

Allow your sit bones to melt into the earth beneath you.

Let your shoulders soften and ground your feet into the earth below as if there is a radiating light connected to your feet all the way down to the core of the earth.

And just observe.

How are you feeling this morning?

And can you coexist with whatever feelings and thoughts may be coming up at this time?

Can you be with your whole self even though there may be parts of you that don't resonate?

And that's okay because this morning you showed up for yourself and we are going to practice going inward with full acceptance and love.

Take a deep breath together on three.

One,

Two,

Three.

Inhale.

Hold it at the top.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Feel into the space that is expanding and exhale.

Let it go.

Return to your natural breath and together we will silently go inward for about six minutes.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

Check in with any thoughts,

Feelings,

Perhaps noises that are coming from your surrounding area and be the witness.

Observe.

It is safe to coexist and to discern what is true,

What is not,

And to accept what we cannot control while stepping into our own sovereignty and agency of self.

Your point of power is in the present moment.

The past is over and today you are investing in you,

Showing up for you in a compassionate and unconditional loving way.

Together we take a deep breath on three.

One,

Two,

Three.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Let it go.

Allow yourself to express what needs to be let go,

Released.

Go ahead and move your shoulders.

You can put in some movement in the body.

Move your hands to the side.

Raise your arms.

Allow yourself to stretch.

Allow those shoulders to rotate and then return to your center.

Allow your sit bones to melt into the earth beneath you and acknowledge that you are here,

That you are alive.

Your heart is beating to your own drum and today you can decide and make choices that are in alignment with your worth,

Your value,

And what it is your heart truly desires.

I am sending you oceans of love.
