Hola and welcome.
This morning,
Take this time to gently ease into your day to create space for grounding,
Calm and intuitive ease.
Allow yourself to arrive right here,
Right now.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Let your body begin to settle and start by tuning into your body sensations.
Notice where you may feel tight or tense,
Perhaps in your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your jaw or your belly.
And take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale,
Imagine sending soft,
Relieving energy to that part of your body that feels constricted.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to soften,
To release,
To create space for energy to flow.
And here,
We're going to pause for two to three slow breaths on your own.
Now bring your attention to your feet.
Feel their connection to the earth beneath you.
Imagine your feet gently melting into the ground,
Rooted,
Stable and supported.
See and imagine a soft,
Magnetic light beneath you,
Illuminating the earth,
The soil,
The ground,
All that's underneath.
Sending life force energy upward through the soles of your feet,
Imagine this light,
This life force energy returns upward to you and through your energy field.
With every inhale,
This energy rises through your legs,
Into your core,
Spiraling upward into your heart and into your crown,
Just above your head.
And as you're breathing,
With every exhale,
You release what no longer you need,
Making space for calm,
Stability and self-trust.
Take a few deep breaths here,
Feeling the energy of the earth flow through you,
Steady,
Grounding,
Alive.
Now bring your awareness to your shoulders.
Allow gravity to do its magic,
Let your shoulders soften,
Melting gently toward the earth.
Feel the expansion that happens as you release,
A lightness that grows within you and feeling into a sense of spaciousness that surrounds you.
With each inhale and exhale,
You are coming home to yourself,
Grounded,
Centered,
At ease.
And we'll pause here for three to four breaths on your own,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Let it go.
This space is always available for you each day.
Returning to your breath at any given moment is available every day.
Taking a few moments each morning to meditate,
To go within,
Is a simple act of devotion to your wellbeing.
It's an invitation to start your day with presence,
To create a routine that builds self-trust and peace from within throughout your day.
Each breath you take is a gentle activation of your life force energy,
Your key.
And when your energy flows freely,
You invite creativity,
Freedom and a calm response to whatever the day may bring.
Breathe deeply here,
Knowing that your energy is alive,
Vibrant and guiding you forward with intuitive ease.
Take a deep breath,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Release and let it go.
And return to your natural breath.
As you prepare to move into your day,
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel your feet grounded.
Feel the breath moving through you.
Feel your heart open,
Expand and ready to meet the day with clarity,
Stability and confidence.
Take one last deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
Allow your shoulders to melt with ease and release,
Exhale,
Softly letting go.
Carry this grounded energy with you and remember each morning you can always return here to begin again with presence and ease.
