Hola,

Welcome in.

It's awesome to connect with you here.

This meditation is all about freedom from overthinking that leads to anxiety and overwhelm,

Perhaps distraction.

This is a resource for reclaiming self-trust and connection to self.

So much of our days can start out with anxiety and overwhelm around what's to come,

Our to-do list and will we ever have the energy we need and time to get what we need done.

So much of our daily lives are about doing and getting something done.

Perhaps we can create space and shift this thought,

This mindset,

This feeling into being.

What does it feel like to be present,

To listen,

And to trust with discernment and then create from there?

So what we're doing is we are tuning in to the ways in which we can create a barrier between our mind,

Body,

And heart connection.

And today we are shifting this conversation as a way to create balance within our own energy field,

Our own system,

And in many ways we are resetting our nervous system.

So in this moment we are setting a new foundation and tone for being present with our thoughts,

Creating space for them to be present at the table so they can be heard,

So they can be seen and acknowledged.

These parts of us that show up through the thinking mind are coming from a subconscious fear and or need to protect,

To fix,

To resist.

The truth is these parts of us that ignite overthinking,

Overwhelm,

Distraction,

And anxiety are parts of us that are afraid,

And in this moment we are witnessing them,

And we are here to let them know they don't need to be afraid anymore.

So just take a moment and go inward.

Be present with what is coming up for you.

What are the sensations you feel in your body?

Notice the thoughts coming up.

And tune into your breath.

Our breath is one of the resources we have that makes our bodies the most advanced technology that we have.

And so just take a moment and notice the thoughts.

Perhaps there is overthinking taking place.

And look at these thoughts as a part of you that has a pure and good intention to bring forward a pattern.

And when we welcome these parts to the table,

We ask them what they need,

We communicate with them,

We allow them to be seen and heard,

They soften because for the first time they feel perhaps it's okay to be here.

And the old conditioned fear,

Thought,

Subconscious core belief based on lies is revealed,

And what's underneath that is connected to your true nature.

It's you.

You are accessing you from a place of love and compassion,

And the true you feels safe to emerge.

And so how do we access our true self and operate from our intuition and our heart so that we can hear that inner voice,

That whisper,

Who only comes from a place of nurturing,

Love,

Compassion,

And kindness?

It's when we go inward and we focus on our body,

Our sensations,

And we listen.

Your thoughts will be there.

Notice what they are right now.

Allow yourself to coexist,

To get quiet in this moment and notice.

And together we're going to take a deep breath on three.

One,

Two,

Three,

Inhale through the nose.

Hold it at the top.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Feel the expansion.

Feel the expansion within your heart.

Keep holding.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Return to your natural breath.

Bring your attention to your feet.

Ground them into the earth below.

Allow them to get heavy.

Imagine they are sinking into the soil of the earth,

Connecting you to the core,

The center.

You are held by her.

And she supports you.

Shift your focus to your knees.

Allow them to feel like jello.

To relax.

Relaxing comes when we soften and we release tension.

Where do you feel tension and can you release it in this moment?

Soften.

Soften.

Focus on your hips.

Are they tight?

Can you feel certain sensations of tension?

Breathe into them,

Bringing them relief and expansion.

Breathe into wherever you feel that tension.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Bring your attention to your solar plexus,

Just below your heart.

It's where we feel empowered.

It's also where we can feel powerless.

How do you feel today?

Whatever answer comes up is okay.

We are practicing acceptance with what is,

Where we are,

And to remember this is not who we are.

We are creating a connection to our intuition as a way to remember who we are in our nature.

Now move your focus into your heart.

If you feel called to touch your heart,

Place your hand there.

Allow your heart to vibrate,

To pulsate,

And magnetize love.

Notice the thoughts that are present and do just that,

Notice.

And then say,

Thinking,

Thinking.

Return your focus to your heart.

Allow your intuition to speak to you.

It might be a feeling,

Something you hear,

Something you just know.

Take a deep breath,

Inhale.

Allow your shoulders to relax,

Hold it at the top.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale,

Let it go.

How can you soften your shoulders,

Allowing them to melt into the earth?

Allow gravity to sink them towards the ground.

Focus on your posture.

What feels empowering for you in this moment?

How would you sit?

So much of our tension lives here,

Where we feel restricted,

Over-structured,

And blocked from feeling freedom in our bodies.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Focus on your breath.

Bring your attention to your throat.

How does it feel?

Does it feel restricted,

Expanded,

Clear?

When our energy flows in rhythm from our root chakra,

Which is our hips and below,

We communicate clearly and with confidence.

We are able to express what we need and from a place of love.

Be present with what is and simply notice.

Take a deep breath,

Inhale.

Hold it at the top.

Where can you soften in this moment?

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale.

Where do you need to express?

Is it through sound?

Is it through feeling?

Is it through touch?

Allow your energy to ascend to your crown chakra,

Just above your head.

Imagine there is a white light,

Maybe it's golden.

What color is it for you?

It's circulating above and forming as an umbrella around your entire body,

Supporting you.

In processing,

Witnessing,

Dissolving,

The overthinking of the mind,

Anxiety,

Overwhelm,

Distraction.

When we are connected to our bodies,

Our intuition,

We return to calm,

Ease,

And trusting ourselves that there is space and time for what we need.

We return to our center,

Our self,

And our inner abundance.

Take a moment to acknowledge you being here for yourself.

What does it feel like in your body to reconnect to the essence of you?

Take a deep breath together on three.

One,

Two,

Three,

Inhale.

Soften those shoulders.

Empower your posture.

Expand your heart.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale.

Let it go.

Remember our thoughts.

The mind is always going to be looking to do,

To fix,

To manage,

To worry.

And it's when we notice and make space for these kinds of thoughts,

Just to be seen so they are heard.

And so they can be confronted as a way to soften.

The fear softens because it's coming from a place of fear and not from a place of love.

Your nervous system is remembering that it is safe with all of the natural resources you already have within you.

And to remember that our mind is a brilliant tool that we were gifted by the universe.

And it is our divine right to utilize it as a way to create connection,

Flow,

To embody our brilliance,

To be a resource for creating.

And remember that your body and your intuition is connected to your heart and that's where the truth lives.

So returning to your body,

Your intuition,

The unconditional love and compassion connected to your nature is a way to wholeness,

Home,

And to yourself.

Have a beautiful day.

I am sending you oceans of love.
