A career musician, Jessica developed a chronic inflammation condition in her late 30's that would not heal, prompting her to explore alternative medicine. Eventually, a naturopath convinced her to join the gym and engage in weight training. Her passion for Yoga was reignited when she broke their elbow, leading her to modify yoga sessions for herself at home. In 2016, she completed Yoga Teacher training and immediately pursued Yoga Therapy training. Graduating from Mount Royal University in 2019, she began assisting women in perimenopause and menopause. She now manages a large support group online and offers one-on-one private sessions throughout Canada. Her studies encompass various subjects including Anatomy, Physiology, Pathologies, Psychology, Anthropology (at the University level), Pre-post natal yoga, Restorative yoga, Meditation (Ishta in NY), Laughter yoga, and most recently Yoga Nidra.
