Hello,
Now it's time to review some affirmations that we can use when focusing on self-care.
Affirmations are so powerful.
We can use those to redirect thoughts that we're having that might be troublesome.
We can recite them and try to let those kind of sink in by repeating them a few times.
We can post them or we can read them and enjoy reminding ourselves of the affirmations that we have selected that we want to focus on.
So I will share some of these with you today and feel free to repeat those aloud or in your head or just enjoy hearing these things and see what may resonate for you.

Beautiful,
And worthy.
I choose today to rest in those truths.
Today I live in the present.
I will start with a smile.
I am in control of my attitude.
I am free to accept the parts of myself that long for acceptance.
Today I trust myself.
I know I will make the right decisions to maintain a happy and healthy life.
I am calm.
Today my mind is open and I am at peace with who I am.
I will not be critical.
Today I will not be critical of my appearance or actions.
I am perfect the way I am.
I am mindful.
I know deep in my heart and soul that happiness and self-worth are within me.
I will not compare.
Today I will not compare myself to others.
I will find true peace in my own life.
I am energetic.
Today I am filled with an incredible energy and enthusiasm to face this beautiful day.
I am focused.
Today I will be productive and feel good about doing the hard work that I need to do.
I am special.
Today I will realize that I am a unique,
One-of-a-kind person.
Today I choose.
I choose to surround myself with people who support me.
Today I feel healthy.
My mind is clear.
My body is healthy.
And my soul is at peace.
I am smart,
Capable,
And fearless.
Today I am enough.
