A meditation practitioner for over 30 years, he began with Korean Zen, practiced the Vipassana method of Goencka and Mahasi, and followed the direct teachings of Arnaud Desjardins. In 2006, he founded an accredited training organization, offering solutions for managing stress in the workplace through meditation. Author of a book on Tai Chi in 2012, he is currently working on a book on "relational meditation". Certified in 2020 by Unified Mindfulness, he is currently following Midl's teaching. Since 2018, he has been offering donation-based meditation workshops, both online and face-to-face. Meditation is the activity in which he has invested the most time and the one that brings him the most satisfaction to practice and share.
