Hello beautiful soul.
This is Corey Dupree and welcome to a meditation for living your truth.
Let's get comfortable,
Whether that's laying down,
Sitting upright on the floor or a chair,
Or even upside down.
And close your eyes.
Whatever your true comfort is,
Take a second and get there.
Smile.
This is your truth.
Let your eyes flutter to a close.
Let's think about your truth for a second.
Breathe in.
Hold for a few seconds and breathe out.
What is true for you?
What is truth to you?
What wakes you up in the morning and gives you a smile throughout your day?
Living out your truth is being unapologetically yourself.
Living your truth is thriving in the divine being that you are.
The divine being who is perfectly exactly the way you are.
Let's sink in.
Listen for a second.
Listen for a second.
The beat of your heart as your truth is pumping through your veins.
Your truth is there to guide you,
To help you through the ups and downs of life.
Through the transitions,
Our body is resilient.
Our minds are resilient.
Our being is resilient against the lies that others tell us.
Only you have the keys to your truth.
Find the keys.
Look inside your mind.
Look deep and closely.
Once you've found the keys,
You can unlock your truth.
Your truth will be infinite,
Stretching beyond space and time,
Having impacts on many souls without even trying because you are now living your truth.
You are living a life full of love and light that spreads out and overflows to everyone around you.
You have brought truth to the table and everyone is grateful,
No matter what pain it might inflict.
Scars of lies are worse than the temporary numbing pains of truth.
Remember that and go live it fully.
You may start to open your eyes,
Checking in with yourself.
How do you feel?
Ready to live your truth?
Ready to be brave?
Ready to be bold in a brave loving way?
Go forth and be brave.
Be bold.
Be bold.
This is your time and thank you for sharing your time with me.
Come back to this meditation anytime you feel you are not living your truth.
This has been Corey Dupree,
From one kind soul to another,
I love you.
