Good evening beautiful soul.

How are you?

How is your body,

Your brain,

Your heart?

Come with me on a journey into your subconscious,

Into the deepest parts of you,

The innermost parts of you,

Your true self,

Your essence.

Let's start by getting comfortable,

Closing your eyes,

Laying down in the most comfortable position.

Move your body.

Your bed is your nest,

Your safe place,

Your refuge.

It hugs you and you sink deep into relaxation upon it.

It loves you.

You are loved.

You feel the most love and all you have to do is lay down and relax.

You are enough.

Your body is enough.

It's been working hard all day.

Let's give it some much needed and deserved rest.

Thank you body for helping me move today.

Thank you for working so well and helping me breathe.

The breath giving me life.

Body,

I am so thankful for you.

Let me show my gratitude to you by letting go.

Letting go of the neck muscles that hold my head in place all day.

Letting go of any pain I might have felt during the day.

Physical,

Emotional,

Mental,

It all makes us feel.

You no longer have to feel.

Just let go.

Enjoy the silence.

Your heart beating.

Thump,

Thump.

Your lungs expanding,

Contracting,

Breathing in that sweet life.

You are blessed.

You are worthy of being blessed.

You are worthy to have life.

You are worthy to thrive in your life.

To have all your dreams come true.

Your dreams are on the other side of your sleep,

Manifesting as you sleep.

Your body thanks you for all the relaxation and rest you give it.

Let your mind drift into the universe as your subconscious takes you to your deepest true self.

Feel your body becoming heavier.

Your eyelids becoming heavier.
