When it comes down to it,
You are all you have.
You will spend the most time with yourself and that is wonderful.
You are powerful.
You are worthy of the time that you give yourself to show up in ways you do for yourself.
Let us be kind to ourselves.
Be gentle,
Gracious,
Forgive,
Send lots and lots of love,
Either laying down or sitting straight up with your feet connected to the ground.
Check in with your body.
Check in with your breath.
What do you feel?
Be curious.
Be as curious as a child might be.
Be inquisitive.
What is stopping you from being kind to yourself?
You are an incredible being,
Full of life,
Full of love.
You deserve the world.
You are worthy of kindness of kindness.
You are worthy of the kindness that you have shown other people.
You are worthy.

Feel your kindness towards yourself.
Can feel your kindness towards them.
Every time you walk into a room,
They feel you.
They feel how joyful,
How loving you as you come back into the room.
Feel that kindness.
Feel that kind energy surrounding you.
A bubble.
