Hello,
I'm Corey Dupree,
A breathwork practitioner and teacher.
Welcome,
Dear soul.
The mind wanders from time to time,
Riding the wave of thoughts until you feel exhausted or defeated.
Be kind to yourself.
Your brain longs for rest.
Let it rest.
Let your mind find space to breathe.
Feather yourself into your nest.
Once you're sitting in a comfortable position,
Look slightly up,
Tilting your head.
Close your eyes.
Observe your breath.
Observe your heart.
Observe your mind.
Be curious.
What do you feel?
What are you thinking?
How is your breathing?
Focus on your breath.
When you're ready,
We will be breathing in for six counts and out for two.
As you breathe in,
You will tilt your head back again slightly.
As you exhale,
You will drop your chin slightly down.
Let us begin.
In for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Out for two,
One.
In for two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
For two,
One.
In two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Out for one,
Two.
In for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Out for two,
One.
In for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Out for two.
In for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Out for one,
Two.
Be still.
Be still.
Listen to your heart.
Listen to your mind.
Listen to your breathing.
What do you feel?
As you come back to your own breath,
Lay still.
Feel.
Thank you for joining me in this breath work to calm the mind.
I want you to repeat after me to yourself out loud.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
From one kind soul to another,
I love you.
