Hello beautiful soul.

You are safe.

You are loved.

Welcome to the breathwork meditation for when you've had a bad dream.

This meditation is intended to help you feel safe,

Confident,

And secure.

Because you are safe.

You are confident.

You are secure.

Bad dreams and nightmares are scary because we fear them out of the unknown.

What was your unknown that you encountered?

Why was it scary?

What did you fear?

Your subconscious is telling you something.

Speaking to you.

How about we talk back to your subconscious.

Repeat after me.

I am secure.

I am confident.

I am happy.

I am in control.

I am okay.

I am safe.

I am secure.

I am confident.

I am happy.

I am in control.

I am okay.

I am safe.

I am secure.

I am confident.

I am happy.

I am in control.

This will be your mantra for this breathwork meditation.

You will focus on those words saying them out loud or in your head while focusing on your breathing in and out.

I am okay.

I am safe.

I am secure.

I am confident.

I am happy.

I am in control.

Whatever whispers your mind is saying as you do this,

Ignore your mind and focus on your breath.

Breathe deep into your stomach.

A little more.

Do you feel it?

Do you feel how secure you are?

How safe?

How in control you are?

Put your right hand to your stomach and your left hand to your heart center and feel.

You are alive.

You are healthy,

Alive,

Such a beautiful being.
