Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down,
Whichever feels right for you right now.
Let your eyes close or soften your gaze downwards if you prefer.
And take one breath in,
Nice and slow,
And let it go.
And one more,
Nice and slow,
And let it go.
That's good.
You're here.
That's already the beginning of something.
And as you're settling in,
I want to share a thought with you.
Imagine an abundance dice.
A dice that no matter how it lands,
Always shows a number.
There is no blank face.
There is no zero.
The very lowest it can go is a one.
And a one is something.
One might be the warmth of the room you're sitting in right now.
The fact that your heart is beaten without needing permission for every moment of your life.
The air that is finding its way in and out of your lungs as we speak.
The people that you love and the love you've shared.
Scarcity tells us we're sitting with a zero and there isn't enough time or money or energy or love,
Whatever it is we feel like we're missing most on today.
But the dice doesn't make zeros.
It never has.
So,
Let's slow down enough to look at the dice.
Bring your attention right into your body.
Not your thoughts,
Just your body.
Feel the weight of yourself wherever you're resting.
Feel the solidity of the surface beneath you.
Feel the temperature of the air on your skin.
What can you feel physically right now?
Not what you wish you could feel and not what you think you should be grateful for.
Just literally,
Actually,
Physically here.
Maybe it's warmth or the slight pressure of clothing against your skin.
Maybe a comfy tummy,
A cup of something hot nearby,
Or maybe just the quiet weight of your own hands in your lap.
Maybe it's the gentle relaxation as muscles just settle into your skin.
And let go as you sit here.
That's your one.
Maybe it's already more than one.
The dice has already landed.
It never shows nothing.
Take one more slow breath.
And as you breathe out,
Let yourself say,
Either silently or aloud,
Whatever feels right,
Just say this one word,
Enough.
And not because everything is perfect and not because you have everything you want,
And not because you should settle for less than you desire,
But because right now,
In this breath,
There is something here.
And something is always the beginning of more.
So,
Let enoughness,
The beginning,
Settle into your body.
And when you're ready,
Bring your awareness gently back and take your time.
And thank you so much for sharing this space with me today.
Have a wonderful day.
