Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can relax without distractions.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position,
Closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths to centre yourself.
Visualise a warm glowing orange light at the area of your lower abdomen where the sacral chakra is located.
Imagine this light expanding and growing brighter with each breath,
Filling your entire pelvic area with its radiant energy.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine the orange light swirling and spinning in a clockwise direction,
Clearing any blockages or stagnant energy within the sacral chakra.
Feel a sense of warmth and vitality emanating from this energy centre.
Bring your attention to the qualities associated with the sacral chakra.
Visualise yourself engaging in activities that ignite your creativity,
Such as painting,
Dancing or writing.
Embrace the pleasure and the joy these activities bring to your life.
Notice what emotions rise up as you visualise this.
Notice what you embrace and what you resist.
See how your emotions are connected to these activities.
Allow yourself to feel these emotions fully,
Without judgement or resistance.
Acknowledge any emotions that arise and allow them to flow through you,
Knowing that you have the strength and balance to handle them with grace and compassion.
Remain in this meditative state for as long as you feel comfortable,
Soaking in the healing energy of the sacral chakra.
When you are ready,
Take a few deep breaths,
Gradually bringing your awareness back to the present moment.
Slowly open your eyes and carry the revitalising energy of the sacral chakra with you throughout your day.
Note down any thoughts,
Feelings,
Observations or ideas that came to you.
