Hello and welcome to this meditation for connecting with and balancing your crown chakra.
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Allowing your body and mind to relax.
Notice a luminous violet light at the top of your head where the crown chakra is located.
Feel the warmth of this light opening your crown chakra,
Enveloping your skull,
Head and aura with divine and transcendent energy.
The violet light swirls gently and spins in a clockwise direction,
Clearing any blockages or stagnant energy within the crown chakra.
Feel a sense of openness and connection to the divine flowing from this energy centre.
Allow this warmth to spread down through each chakra and let the energy vibrate all the way through the root and into the earth,
Securing you to earth energy.
Bring your awareness to the area above your head and beyond the physical realm.
Imagine a golden beam of light descending from above,
Symbolising divine energy and guidance.
Feel this golden light entering through the top of your head,
Illuminating your entire being and connecting you to the vastness of the universe.
You are aligned with divine wisdom and able to access universal knowledge,
Feeling all that is flowing through you.
Remain in this connected energy for as long as you want.
When you're ready to return,
Take a few deep breaths,
Gradually bringing your awareness back to the present moment.
Move your fingers and toes and thank the universe for any wisdom you may have received.
Gently open your eyes,
Carrying the expanded consciousness and spiritual connection of the crown chakra with you into your daily life.

Feelings,
Observations or ideas that came to you.
