Find a quiet comfortable place to sit or lie down and allow your body to settle and your breath to deepen.

Let your eyes gently close and take a deep breath in and a long breath out,
Welcoming yourself to this space.
Acknowledge your body in this space.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting you and with every breath allow yourself to relax more deeply.
Release any tension you are holding.
You are safe,
You are open and you are ready.
Now gently bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
Imagine roots growing out from your body into the earth,
Deep and wide anchoring you.
And now firmly rooted in front of you imagine a soft glowing sphere of energy.
This represents your business.
It may be small or large,
Clear or hazy,
Old or new.
Simply notice this and send down roots from this energetic sphere too.
Let your business connect to the same grounding nourishing earth.
You and your business are connected but you are separate.
You are both supported.
I'm inviting the Reiki energy to come in now at loving universal life force energy.
And you may be able to see it or feel it as a soft white or golden light descending from above.
It moves through the top of your head,
Through your heart and down into your body.
It begins to gently flow through your hands,
Through your heart,
Through your intention.
You may place your hands over your heart or your palms facing upwards in your lap as if cradling your business in your energy.
And now begin to direct this Reiki energy that flows from the universe through me,
Through the universe,
Through you.
Direct it towards the sphere of your business and see it being filled with warmth,
Light,
Healing and support.
See any stagnant or blocked energy gently dissolving in the presence of this light.
And repeat after me silently or aloud,
I bless this business with my love.
I allow Reiki to flow where it is needed most.
I clear any fear,
Doubt or resistance.
I welcome clarity,
