Welcome to this meditation on abundance and trust.
Let yourself arrive here.
Settle into your physical body.
Or feel yourself in this space.
Close your eyes if it feels available to you.
Let your shoulders drop.
And let yourself be supported by the chair or the bed.
Wherever you are.
And take a deep breath in and hold for a second.
And then let it out.
And take another.
Feel it filling you up.
Hold for just a second.
And then let it out.
And,
For this moment,
Just let the day wait.
And allow yourself to leave behind the lists.
And the commitments.
Your most important commitment right now is to yourself.
And as you're settling in,
I'd like to say something that can be true,
Just for now.
And hopefully you can take it with you.
Your needs are always met.
Not always in the way you expected.
Not always on the timeline you wanted.
But they are met.
They have been met.
They will be met.
Allow your mind to drift back across your life.
At all the times you weren't sure how something would work out.
And it did.
Perhaps not perfectly.
Perhaps it was messy and roundabout.
But here you are.
And if you're in the middle of something messy.
That's okay.
Everything is unfolding as it should.
So let's just breathe steadily.
Breathe at your own pace.
I'd like you to breathe in some trust.
Allow it to fill your heart.
And breathe out worry.
Just for now.
Breathe in faith.
With faith in yourself.
Keep going.
And breathe out fear.
Because fear holds us tight.
And stops us expanding.
Now breathe in these words.
And breathe them in like you're breathing in the truth.
I am provided for.
What I need comes to me.
I trust the flow of my life.
I have always been held.
I am held now.
There is enough.
I am enough.
My needs are always met.
Take one more slow breath.
And draw all of that into you.
To all the possibility.
All the abundance.
And carry it with you as you go about your day.
