It's time to foster our inner harmony and restore some balance.
So begin by sitting or lying down in a position that feels relaxed and comfortable.
Let your spine lengthen softly.
Let your hips relax.
Let your shoulders drop.
Allow your hands to rest where they feel at ease and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through the nose and a gentle breath out through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale balance and exhale tension.
Let your breath find its natural rhythm.
With each exhale,
Allow your body to settle,
Your shoulders to soften,
Your mind to quieten.
And now imagine a soft light descending from above.
The glow of that Libra moon.
It shimmers with hues of pale rose,
Dove gray and gentle gold.
It flows towards you and it carries the essence of balance,
Beauty and connection.
As it flows over and through your body,
Feel it soothing any jagged edges within you.
Evening out the extremes,
Softening the harshness,
Gently restoring your inner symmetry.
Say quietly to yourself,
I invite harmony,
I welcome peace,
I open to connection,
I honor beauty.
Bring your awareness to the relationships in your life with loved ones,
Friends,
Collaborators,
And your relationship with yourself.
You might ask,
Where is balance needed?
Where am I giving too much or not enough?
How can I show up with grace and honesty in my connections?
Let your heart answer,
Not your mind.
Trust the feelings and images that arise.
If there's someone or something that feels out of alignment,
Just acknowledge it gently.
There's no need to fix it right now.
Only to become aware.
Now focus on your heart space.

With every breath feel it expand.
Gentle,
Luminous and peaceful.
Whisper to yourself,
My heart is open yet protected.
