Welcome to this self-compassion practice for anyone who carries feelings too intense to easily share.
And this is often in line with people who have a Scorpio moon or strong Scorpio placements in their birth chart.
So let's talk about a Scorpio moon.
The moon is your emotional inner world.
And a watery Scorpio moon feels everything at full depth and full intensity.
So if you have this placement or if the moon's transit through Scorpio affects you completely.
You don't do shallow.
You feel things powerfully.
And you guard those feelings closely.
And you often carry things alone.
Because trusting others with your depths does not come easily.
The work of a Scorpio moon is not to feel less.
It is to meet your own depths with compassion instead of judgment.
So that's what we will do here.
Privately.
Just you.
And being.
So,
Settle yourself somewhere you feel completely safe and unobserved.
This practice is yours alone.
No one needs to see it.
Or know about it.
Take a slow,
Deep breath.
And a long breath out.
And imagine yourself at the edge of a still,
Deep lake.
The surface is calm.
And beneath it.
Is everything you feel.
We're not going to drain it.
Or stare it up.
We're going to stop being afraid of it.
So,
Bring to mind a feeling you've been carrying.
That feels too big or too dark to share.
You don't have to name it out loud.
You don't need to articulate it or put it into words at all.
Just let the feeling surface.
Like an amorphous shape.
Here in the safety of your own company.
And now instead of pushing it back down,
Instead of trying to analyze.
It will be little.
Just meet it here.
At the water's edge.
And say to it,
I see.
And you are allowed to be here.
Nothing you feel makes you bad or broken.
Even the intense parts belong.
Especially those Here,
It's safe.
It's safe for you to look at the feelings that are intense.
Or uncomfortable.
The things that other people can't handle.
It's safe for you to be with them,
With yourself.
So place a hand wherever the feeling lives in your body.
Perhaps it's low in your belly.
Perhaps it's in your chest.
Breathe into it there.
Feel the warmth of your hand as a comfort.
You are strong enough to hold your own depths.
You always have been.
You don't have to do it braced for impact.
Or against other people's judgment.
You can do it with tenderness,
With yourself.
Stay at the water's edge as long as you need to.
When you're ready.
Take a slow breath.
And bring yourself back.
And remember nothing was lost down there.
You met yourself.
And you return.
That's the bravest thing.
You can do.
Thank you so much for sharing your space with me today.
Have a wonderful day.
