Hi and welcome to this meditation on manifesting using the power of your heart centre.
Find a comfortable place to sit where you won't be disturbed.
You can sit on a cushion on the floor with your legs crossed,
Or in a chair with your feet flat on the ground,
Or you can lie flat if that's more comfortable for you.
Allow your spine to be comfortably erect if you're upright,
And your shoulders to relax away from your ears.
Rest your hands gently on your thighs,
Or down by your side,
And close your eyes.
Start by bringing your awareness to your breath.
Notice the cool air entering your nostrils as you inhale,
And the warm air leaving your nostrils as you exhale.
Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm,
Not trying to change or control it in any way.
Simply observe the breath moving in and out of your body.
Now bring your attention to your heart centre,
Right in the centre of your chest.
In human design,
The heart centre is associated with willpower,
Material values and ego.
It governs our ability to act with courage,
To make decisions and to manifest our desires in the material world.
Now begin to visualise your heart centre as a glowing green energy vortex.
Imagine emerald light swirling and pulsing in your chest,
Growing brighter and more vibrant with each breath you take.
Feel the energy of your heart centre expanding and energising,
Filling your entire chest cavity with its power.
As you attune to your heart centre,
Connect with your sense of willpower and purpose.
This is the centre of your ego,
The part of you that takes action and makes things happen in the world.
Feel the courage and determination that reside in your heart.
Affirm silently to yourself,
I am a powerful manifester.
I have the courage to claim my desires.
I act with purpose and conviction.

Now bring to mind a desire you wish to bring into form.
It might be a material goal,
A new experience or a shift in your life circumstances.
Visualise this desire in vivid detail,
As if it's already manifested and is there in your life.
What does it look like?
How does it feel in your body?
What would change?
Who would you share this with?
What emotions arise as you imagine having this desire filled?
As you hold this vision,
Place your hands on your heart centre,
Feeling all the emotions that you'd feel from seeing it in the real world.
Imagine your desire infusing into the swirling green energy of your heart.
Feel your heart centre magnifying the power of your desire.
Silently affirm to yourself,
I claim this desire with the full power of my heart.
My willpower is focused and unwavering.
I trust in my ability to manifest this desire.
I am a powerful manifester.
I am a powerful manifester.
My willpower is focused and unwavering.
I trust in my ability to manifest my heart's desires into physical reality.
My heart fuels the actualisation of my dreams.
Feel the energy of manifestation building in your heart centre,
Like a cosmic generator powering up.
With each inhalation,
The energy grows stronger and brighter.
With each exhalation,
It radiates out into the universe,
Drawing your desire towards you with magnetic force.
As you sit with this meditation,
Continue to breathe into your heart centre.
Imagine each breath adding more and more energy.
Adding more power and momentum to your manifestation.
Visualise your desire as already achieved,
And feel the joy and gratitude and satisfaction of that achievement.
When you feel ready,
Start to bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Notice the weight of your body on the cushion,
Or the chair,
Or the floor.
Feel the fabric of your clothing against your skin.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
And take another deep breath in and out of your nose.
Gently blink your eyes open,
Returning to the present moment.
Know that you can return to this heart centre meditation any time you need to boost your willpower,
To make bold decisions,
Or to manifest your material desires.
Trust in the power of your heart,
And take it with you.
