Welcome to this EFT tapping meditation for feeling worthy.
This is for anyone who wants abundance but knows that somewhere underneath the wanting,
You don't quite believe you deserve it.
That feeling is more common than you know,
And it's worth naming it out loud rather than bypassing it,
And that's how we approach the healing of this feeling.
So the work today is not to talk yourself into worthiness as a kind of performance,
But it's gently to tap on the places where that unworthiness lives and just acknowledge it honestly and begin to dissolve it from the inside out.
So before we start tapping,
I'd like you to bring to mind something that you genuinely want,
And this could be a financial shift,
Or it could be generally more ease or greater support from people or work or the universe in general,
Or a specific abundance of some kind.
And as you're thinking about that,
I'd like you to notice,
Is there a voice underneath the wanting that says,
But who am I to have that,
Or people like me don't get that,
Or I will probably mess it up,
Or simply I don't know why but it does not feel available to me.
So that's the signal,
That's the thing we're going to be working on.
So as you're noticing that feeling,
I'd like you to think on a scale of one to ten,
How strong is that underneath feeling right now,
Where one is neutral and not really bothering you and ten is really,
Really strong.
Keep a hold of that number in your mind and we'll come back to it later.
So we're going to start round one by naming the unworthiness,
And we're going to use a setup statement.
And so when we're tapping,
We tap the outside of our hand for our karate chop point,
And it can be either hand,
And as long as you're tapping in roughly the right place,
It's fine.
So really,
Really don't worry,
Don't overthink it,
You can't get this wrong.
And I'm going to lead you through each tapping point,
So don't worry about trying to remember which order they come in.
We're going to start with the karate chop point,
Which is the side of the hand,
And just tap gently five to seven times more if you want,
And you can repeat after me,
Out loud or in your head,
Or you can simply let my voice carry the energy for you.
Even though there is a part of me that believes I'm not quite worthy of abundance,
I completely love and trust myself.
Even though there is a part of me that believes abundance is for other people,
I completely love and honor myself.
Even though there is a part of me that believes I have to prove myself first,
I completely and truly love and honor myself.
And now I'd like you to tap at your eyebrow point,
That's the inner point of your eyebrow.
I do not feel worthy of this.
And the side of your eye,
Not all the way through.
Tap under your eye.
There is something that says I have to earn it first.
Under your nose.
I am not sure I will ever have earned it enough.
Tap on your chin.
This feeling is so familiar.
Tap on your collarbone.
Where did I learn this?
Tap underneath your arm.
Was I told I was too much or not enough or both?
And tap the top of your head.
My worthiness was made conditional somewhere along the way.
And now for round two,
We're going to come back to our karate chop point.
We're going to follow the root of this.
So let's start on the side of the hand.
Even though I took in someone else's belief about my value,
I completely love and trust myself.
Even though that belief settled into my body as if it were the truth about me,
I completely love and trust myself.
Even though I absorbed someone else's belief about my worth,
I completely and truly love and accept myself.
And now move to your eyebrow point,
The inner point of your eyebrow.
That story is not mine originally.
The side of your eye.
I absorbed that story.
Underneath your eye.
I absorbed it from people who were doing the best they could.
Under your nose.
But they were working from their own wounds.
Tap on your chin.
Their limits are not my limits.
Tap on your collarbone.
Their fears are not my future.
Tap underneath your arm.
I am allowed to update this story.
Top of your head.
I start that now.
And we're going to move straight back to the inner eyebrow point.
Now to reclaim our worthiness.
So,
The inside of your eyebrow.
I was born worthy of love.
On the side of your eye.
I was born worthy of abundance.
Underneath your eye.
I am allowed to have a good life.
Underneath your nose.
Not because I have suffered enough.
Tap on your chin.
Not because I have earned it enough.
Tap on your collarbone.
Because I am here and that is enough.
Tap under your arm.
I am releasing the need to prove myself.
And tap the top of your head.
I am enough right now.
And back to your inner eyebrow.
Abundance is my birthright.
The side of your eye.
I do not have to apologize for wanting more.
Tap underneath your eye.
Wanting more is not greed,
It's growth.
Underneath your nose.
I allow life to be generous with me.
Tap on your chin.
I allow myself to be generous with myself.
Tap on your collarbone.
I am ready to receive.
Underneath your arm.
The door is wide open.
Tap the top of your head.
And I am worthy of every single thing that comes through it.
And just come back to your karate chop point.
And remember you can use your karate chop point at any time.
You can do any of this any time.
But the karate chop point is useful for in public,
When you're in the car,
When you're sat at a desk.
Just tap to yourself and here are some affirmations you can tap to go along with it.
I choose to receive abundance with dignity and ease.
I release the belief that I have to fight for it.
I release the belief that I have to shrink around it.
I release the belief that I have to apologize for wanting it.
I claim my right to a full and generous life.
I take a deep breath in and put your hands over your heart if that feels right and let that breath out.
And just let all those affirmations and all the tapping settle into your nervous system.
And as you're breathing now,
Just think back to the number that you chose for your feeling at the beginning of this session.
And see if anything changes in your body.
See if anything's moved.
Even a small shift matters as your body is updating itself.
So,
Trust the process.
And return to this anytime you like.
Worthiness beliefs are layered within us.
So,
Every time you tap,
You're loosening another thread.
So,
