Welcome to this soft landing.
Some self-compassion.
And it's especially full.
People who have strong cancer placements.
Or people who want to channel that positive.
Their chart.
Perhaps for anyone with a Cancer moon.
Or anyone whose feelings move like the tide.
Cancer moon is particularly strong.
The moon rules cancer.
So this is the moon completely at home.
And whether you have your own moon in Cancer or whether the moon transits through Cancer and you feel those transits.
Your feelings can be deep and changeable and strong.
Maybe you feel things in tides,
In and out.
Sometimes for reasons you can't name.
Often you are the one who holds and soothes everyone around you.
But a cancer moon,
Cancer placements.
Cancer influences can.
Cause you to be the last one to receive your own care.
So whoever you are this practice is for you to be on the receiving end.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Some slow breaths as you find yourself.
Comfortable and settled.
And meet yourself exactly where you are.
Find a position where you feel safe and held.
Whether that's sitting or lying.
Allow your position and your body to be.
Absolutely okay.
Be yourself.
In your body.
In this space.
And maybe you could place one hand on your chest.
Over your heart.
Cancer responds to gentle touch.
And your own hand is enough.
Just give yourself the comfort.
And take a slow breath in.
And a slow breath out.
Feel the warmth of your hands.
Feel the warmth on your chest.
And this is you caring for you.
Let yourself relax into that feeling.
Let it be allowed.
That you are caring for you.
Even if today.
Or this week.
This month,
This year has felt like a lot.
You do not need to explain it or justify it.
Feelings do not need a reason to be valid.
Just hold yourself and acknowledge quietly today.
This week,
This month,
This year has felt like a lot.
And it's okay that that's how you feel.
And now.
Offer yourself a few words the way you might comfort someone you love.
You might say.
I'm here.
Let go,
Ease.
It's okay now.
You don't have to hold everything alone.
I'm right here with you.
Say whatever feels true.
In the way you would say it to your dear,
Beloved people.
Let your words be soft.
Don't notice any urge to dismiss your own needs.
Notice any urge to say.
Other people have it worse.
That habit is so familiar.
But for these few breaths,
Just let it go.
Your tenderness towards yourself does not take anything away from anyone else.
There is enough tenderness for you too.
Stay here for as long as you need to.
With your hand on your heart.
Just breathing.
You are your own safe harbour too.
So when you're ready.
Take a breath.
And gently come back.
And carry that warmth with you.
Thank you so much for sharing your space with me today.
Have a wonderful day.
