The meditation is created to guide you into a space of calm,
Connection and gentle transformation.
Today's meditation is focused on a full moon night sky meditation.
Let's begin by gently finding a comfortable position.
Seated or lying down,
Allow your body to fully relax.
If it feels comfortable,
Gently close your eyes and take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply and exhale,
Letting your shoulders drop.
Your jaw relax and your body soften.
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Natural,
Slow and steady.
And with each inhale,
Imagine you are drawing in calm,
Grounded energy.
And with each exhale,
You are releasing tension from your body.
Let your body begin to settle.
Let your thoughts begin to slow.
There is nothing you need to fix and figure out right now.
Gently bring your awareness to the space around you.
And as you do,
Acknowledge that you are sitting with a much larger energetic field.
Right now,
We are under a powerful full moon.
With the Aries energy activating the sun and the Libra energy reflecting through the moon.
At the same time,
There are multiple planetary influences interacting in the background.
All contributing to the way we think,
Feel and experience energy.
You don't need to analyze it.
Just allow yourself to feel supported by it.
Bring your attention inward for a moment.
Aries energy represents you,
Who you are,
Your identity,
Your needs,
Your direction in life.
Libra energy represents your relationships.
Balance,
Harmony and your connection with others.
Now,
Gently ask yourself without forcing an answer.
Where in my life have I been giving too much of myself?
And where do I need to stand more fully in who I am?
No pressure to answer.
Just allow awareness to rise.
Now,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine you are releasing any tension around these questions.
Releasing pressure,
Releasing overthinking.
You are releasing everything that feels heavy or stuck.
Another breath in and exhale slowly,
Letting go.
Gently bring awareness to your mind.
If your thoughts have been busy lately.
If your sleep has been affected.
If your mind has felt overstimulated or restless.
Know that this is part of the energetic environment you've been moving through.
A combination of strong Aries activation,
Emotional planetary influences and mental stimulation affecting your nervous system.
But right now,
In this moment,
You can soften.
Let your thoughts slow down.
Let your mind become quieter.
Like ripples setting on water.
Now,
Imagine above you a soft field of light.
Representing the planetary energies around us.
Not overwhelming.
Not chaotic.
But simply present.
Moving.
Slowing.
And as you breathe in,
You are connected to that wider cosmic rhythm.
And as you breathe out,
Your body begins to sink back into balance.
Inhale.
Receiving alignment.
Exhale.
Releasing imbalance.
Now,
Bring to mind anything you are ready to let go of.
This could be emotions.
Thoughts.
Patterns.
Stress.
Relationships.
Or internal pressure.
No need to force anything.
Just allow whatever comes up to be seen.
And now,
Imagine that as you exhale,
You are gently releasing it from your system.
You are not holding onto it anymore.
You are not carrying it forward.
Another breath in.
And a long,
Slow breath out.
Letting go completely.
Now,
Bring your awareness back to the Aries Libra balance within you.
The balance between self and others.
Between action and harmony.
Between doing and being.
And gently observe within yourself.
I am allowed to choose myself.
I am allowed to create balance in my relationship.
I am allowed to feel grounded,
Clear,
And aligned.
Take one final,
Deep breath in.
Filling your body with calm,
Clarity,
And grounded energy.
And exhale slowly,
Releasing anything that no longer serves you.
When you are ready,
Gently begin to bring movement back into your body.
Your fingers and your toes.
Maybe give yourself a small stretch.
And when it feels right,
Gently open your eyes.
