My name is Annemarie from Heavenly Healing.
Welcome to this guided meditation.
Today we're going to embark on a journey to meet your spirit guides.
These benevolent beings are here to offer you guidance,
Wisdom and support as you go about your daily life.
Allow yourself to relax and to open your heart to this beautiful experience.
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold for a moment and then exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension.
Repeat this a few times,
Allowing your body to relax more with every breath.
Now bring your awareness to your body,
Starting at the top of your head,
Slowly scan down,
Releasing any tension that you might find.
Relax your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your jaw.
Let your shoulders drop,
Your arms become heavy and your hands rest gently.
Slowly,
Continue down your body,
Relaxing your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your hips,
Your legs and finally your feet.
Set an intention for this meditation.
Silently say to yourself,
I am open to meeting my spirit guides.
I'm excited to meet them.
I welcome their guidance and their wisdom and trust that your guides are ready to connect with you.
Imagine yourself in a beautiful,
Serene place.
It could be a lush forest,
A tranquil beach or maybe it's a peaceful meadow.
Wherever you feel most at ease,
This is where you're going to find yourself.
Take in the sights,
The sounds and the smells of this serene,
Beautiful place.
Feel the gentle breeze on your skin and the warmth of the sun.
In the distance,
You see a path.
You decide to walk along this path,
Feeling calm and curious all at the same time.
As you walk,
You notice the light ahead.
This light grows brighter and brighter as you approach and you feel a sense of love and peace emanating from it.
As you reach the source of the light,
You see your spirit guides waiting for you.
They may appear as people,
As animals or simply as light.
There might be one or more of them.
Trust whatever you see,
Feel or hear and whatever form they take.
You greet them warmly and you feel their loving presence.
Take a moment here to connect with your guide.
You may ask them questions or simply listen to any messages that they have for you.
Trust that whatever you receive is meant for you at this time.
If you have specific questions or need guidance on a particular issue,
Now is the time to ask.
Spend a few minutes in this loving space,
Receiving the wisdom and the guidance that your spirit guides have to offer.
Know that you are safe and very supported.
Feel the love and the light surrounding you.
When you feel ready,
Thank your spirit guides for their presence and their infinite wisdom and guidance.
And know too that you can return to this place and connect with them whenever you need.
Begin to walk back along the path,
Feeling lighter and more at peace.
And as you return to your serene place,
Take a moment to appreciate the beauty around you.
Slowly,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Take a few moments to sit quietly and reflect on your experience.
Now,
Write down any insights or messages that you may have received.
Remember too that your spirit guides are always with you,
Ready to offer their support and their guidance.
