Welcome to this heart opening meditation,

Getting comfy,

Laying down,

Relaxing on each breath out,

The shoulders,

The arms,

The face,

Unclenching the jaw,

Just softening the body as you breathe,

Focus on the heart space now,

That area rising and falling as you breathe gently in the physical.

On an energetic level,

Know,

See or feel the heart energy,

Feel that heart energy opening,

Whatever that energy is,

Let's meet it with acceptance today.

Throughout this meditation,

Meeting the emotions and feelings with acceptance also,

Meeting our strengths and our weaknesses with love,

Opening the heart to receive.

Receive the love you can give yourself,

Breathing out all that restricts you from this love,

Breathing in what fills you with love.

Repeating this three times,

Breathing out all that restricts you from this love,

Breathing in what fills you with love,

Breathing out all that restricts you from this love,

Breathing in what fills you with love.

Breathing in self love,

Love of all of you,

The good,

The bad,

The in between,

The things we avoid,

Embrace them with love,

Divine love.

Breathing out restrictions,

The resistance to let go,

The resistance to letting love bloom,

Letting go of what is holding you back.

Deeper breathing in,

Deeper breathing out,

Deeper breathing in,

Deeper breathing out,

Deeper breathing in,

Deeper breathing out.

Deeper breathing out,

Let go,

Continue breathing in and out,

Letting go.

Now soften the breath,

Stay here for a moment with your breath,

Just gently.

Now see,

Know or feel the energy of the heart blossom,

The energy in the heart space increases,

Getting bigger and bigger as it fills the body with this light energy.

Expansion in the heart,

Feeling the opening of the heart,

Filling that body with that light energy,

Divine love.

Staying with the breath and the heart for a moment of silence with the music,

Gently breathing into the heart space,

Feeling that expansion in the heart,

The opening of the heart.

Opening to receive and give love throughout your day and going forth,

Just bringing that awareness back,

Fully back,

Noticing the body,

Bringing some movement back gently.

And when you're ready coming back to full awareness,

Gently bring those eyes open,

Just having a moment to fully come back,

Lead with love,

Give love and receive love.
