Let's begin getting comfortable lying or seated wherever is right for you.
Taking some deep breaths in and out.
Let's take three deep breaths in and out and again in and out.
Bring that oxygen into our bodies to wake it up ready for our day.
Gently bring that breath back to a normal rhythm and imagine with each breath throughout this practice bringing in revitalizing energy.
Let the breath flow with this energy throughout you and when you're ready we invite in happiness,
We invite in love,
We invite in many blessings for our day ahead.
Now I invite you to set your intention for your day ahead.
What feelings do you want to bring into your day?
So taking those deep breaths again inviting that revitalizing energy to flow,
Flow through you from your head all the way down to your toes.
Filling our body with this intention.
Taking a final breath in and out.
Ready to start your day.
Bring this intention into your day as you gently move the body.
Remembering to bring in the blessings.
Invite yourself throughout your day to see the blessings all around you as you create your own day with your intentions.
