Meditation Timer OnlineElle received her training at The Mandala Yoga Ashram, Wales. This included 500 hours in Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. She currently teaches in person yoga classes in a small town in Wales, called Narberth. During her classes Elle combines hatha yoga with more modern, functional movements, exploring joint mobility and muscle strengthening. With a keen interest in the traditional teachings of yoga, alongside an exploration of mudra, bandha, mantra; she also enjoys sharing a wide variety of practices including, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana. On this platform Elle hopes to share some recordings of practices including pranayama, mantra and dhyana; which can be translated to 'breathwork', 'chanting' and 'meditation'.
