Hello and welcome dear one to this short manifestation meditation The secret of the universe is that everything is a vibration I invite you to begin your day with this meditation for optimal results and practice it daily Please find comfort in your seated position or lie down comfortably Gently close your eyes and relax Take a deep breath in and feel the bottom of the lungs As you exhale let go of any tension or stress you may be experiencing Now let's take a moment to find your center Turn your attention inward and take a moment to observe yourself We are about to expand our vibration and our inner potential Now suppose that the source of divine light is already present within your heart And that it's attracting you from within Gently relax into that feeling Inhale and as you do,

Become aware of the energy that resides in this space In the center of your chest Exhale and feel the energy surrounding your body more and more Believe that infinite potential of the universe is within you In the center of your chest,

In your heart chakra Continue expanding this beautiful vibration of love and compassion throughout your body Now take a moment to envision the future that awaits you Visualize clearly your aspirations and goals Allow this vision to be defined by your intentions And recognize that the potential for this future already exists in the field of possibilities Take a moment to let the feeling of that vision to resonate with your entire being As we are arriving at the final moments of this meditation Take a deep breath in and place one last intention of peace and prosperity for your day May your journey be filled with peace and love And so it is Namaste
