Hello beautiful soul.
Welcome.
Take this moment just for yourself.
My name is Regina and today I will guide you through this meditation.
Just find a comfortable position.
You may see.
Or lie down.
Allow your body to settle.
And gently close your eyes.
Take a long.
.
.
Slow deep breathing through your nose.
And softly exhale through your mouth.
And just allow yourself.
To arrive to this moment.
To the here and now.
Connect with your essence.
Be yourself.
Your inner light.
And again,
Slow inhale.
And gently exhale.
There is nothing to do right now.
Nothing to saw.
Just this moment.
Just for you.
This is your moment.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm.
You don't have to change it.
Just simply observe it.
If your mind feels busy,
That's okay,
That's normal.
You're not here to stop your thoughts.
You are here.
To notice them.
Just gently.
Shift back your awareness to your breath.
Now gently bring your awareness to your body.
Notice where you may feel anxiety It could be in your chest.
Your stomach.
Your throat.
Wherever you feel it,
Just observe it.
Without judgement,
Without trying to push it away.
Just feel it.
And the step dip.
Take a slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Soften around that area that you feel the tightness,
The anxiety.
You don't have to force it to disappear.
Just create space.
And soften it.
In every exhale.
Anxiety's energy.
And energy can move when we allow it.
So imagine your breath flowing into that space.
Keep breathing in and out.
And breathing out.
Softening.
Allowing.
If thoughts arise,
Like I shouldn't feel this way or what if something happens,
It's okay.
Just gently notice them.
And let them pass.
Like clouds moving across the sky.
You are not your thoughts.
You are the one observing them.
Return to your breath.
Again.
And then go.
Now begin to feel the support beneath your body.
The ground.
The band.
The chair.
Holding you.
You are safe in this moment.
Right here.
Right now.
Take a deeper breath in and out.
And slowly exhale.
With every exhale allow your body to soften more.
Soften your shoulders.
Your jaw.
Your belly.
All your body.
Notice if the intensity has been shifted.
Even slightly.
There is no rush.
No pressure.
Just awareness.
You are learning to be with yourself.
Gently,
Kindly,
Lovingly.
Take one more slow breath in.
And long,
Soft exhale.
As you begin to return,
Bring small movements into your fingers.
Your toes.
And when you are ready,
Relax.
Gently open your eyes.
And carry this awareness,
This calm within you.
And remember.
You can always return to your breath.
Into yourself.
Stay awake to the quiet wisdom within you.
Until we meet again,
Trust that you are exactly where you need to be.
Namaste.
