Welcome to today's meditation.
My name is Regina and today we go deep.
Find a comfortable seated or lying position.
Allow your spine to be steady and supported.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose and release it slowly through your mouth.
Again inhale deeply,
Exhale completely.
Let your breathing settle.
Bring awareness to your body.
Notice the weight of it,
The contact with the ground.
You are supported.
Now bring to mind the family system you were born into,
Not with judgment,
Simply observation.
Notice phrases you heard growing up about money,
About relationships,
About emotions,
About success,
About what is possible.
Perhaps faces like this.
We are not that kind of people.
Money doesn't grow on trees.
Don't do this,
Don't do that.
You must sacrifice to be loved.
Life is struggle.
Just observe what comes up.
Notice how some of these beliefs became internal voices.
Now gently ask yourself,
Which beliefs feel heavy?
Which beliefs feel like obligation?
Which beliefs feel like fear?
Bring one belief into awareness,
Just one.
Notice how it feels in your body.
Tight?
Contracted?
Heavy?
Place one hand on your heart and say it internally.
I honor where this belief came from.
This belief may have protected my family.
But it does not define me.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine that belief as a cord gently disconnecting from your body.
You are not rejecting your family.
You are releasing unconscious loyalty to limitation.
Now repeat it silently.
I can love my family without repeating their pain.
I can honor my roots by growing in new directions.
I release beliefs that no longer serve my evolution.
I choose awareness over inheritance.
I am allowed to create a new pattern.
Imagine standing behind your generations.
Parents,
Grandparents,
Ancestors.
See them,
Not judging,
Just witnessing.
Now imagine turning towards them and saying,
Thank you for what you gave me.
I will carry the love forward.
And I release all the fear.
Feel the shift inside you.
Now allow your breath to become slow and natural.
For the next few minutes,
Sit in silence.
Let your nervous system reorganize.
Let what needs to dissolve,
Dissolve.
Let what needs to strengthen,
Strengthen.
I will ring the chime when the time is up.
In the next minutes,
Stay present.
Stay with your breath.
And stay open.
Your thoughts are coming into your mind.
That's perfectly fine.
Just bring back your awareness to your breath.
So it can become the dance between your thoughts and your breath.
When you feel complete,
Slowly deepen your breath.
And take a slow,
Deep breath in.
Gently start moving your fingers and toes.
Come back to the present moment.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
And just take a moment before doing anything.
You can come back to this meditation anytime you feel you need to go deeper with another phrase.
You are not here to repeat history.
You are here to consciously evolve it.
Be the one who breaks the cycles and makes the change.
Be brave and be loved.

So stay awake to the quiet wisdom within you.
