Wherever you are,
However you feel today,

Find a comfortable position.
You can sit or lie down.
Make sure your spine is straight.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your hands.
Your feet.
And just find the contact with the ground.
Take a long,
Slow deep breath in through your nose.
And with the exhale,
Gently close your eyes.
One more.
Deep breath in.
And a soft exhale.
Deep inhale once again and long exhale.
Arrive to this present moment.
Let your body wake up gently.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the rhythm of it.
Steady.
And natural.
Now imagine a soft warm light above you.
It can have any color,
Gold,
White.
Anything what represent for you world.
And with each inhale,
This light slowly enters your body.
Feeling your head.
Your chest.
Your whole body.
And with each exhale release.
Release any heaviness.
From yesterday or the days before.
You're starting fresh.
Now gently say within.
Today I choose calm.
Today I choose clarity.
Today I choose to move with focus and ease.
Feel these words land in your body.
Take another deep breath in.
And exhale slowly.
Now imagine yourself moving through your day.
Calm.
Focused.
And present in every moment.
It is totally possible.
Handling things one step at a time.
You didn't need to rush.
Or prove anything.
You are enough.
As you are.
Take one more deep breath in.
