Welcome to this guided meditation and breath work.
My name is Eva Payne,
Accompanied here by my brother,
Ryan Boring.
Thank you for being here.
We invite you to get comfortable,
Preferably laying on your back,
Keeping your airway open.
You can put something under your knees if you want.
And just take some nice deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
As you take these breaths in,
Your belly fills,
Your chest fills,
You are expanding your body with that inhale breath.
And as you let the breath go,
Everything falls away.
Let yourself be held by the music,
By the space around you,
By the present moment.
Taking that breath all the way to the top,
Top,
Top,
Top,
Top of the breath.
Feeling that expansion and letting it all go.
What are you creating right now?
Release anything that's holding you back.
Deep breath.
You are held.
You are loved.
You are loved.
The space has everything you need.
Feel.
I feel.
Take a deep breath in.
And then release,
Release,
Release,
Release,
Release.
Feel deep breath in all the way to the top.
Everything fills and then release.
We're going to move into a breath hold.
Let's take three deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
In through the nose,
In through the nose.
Big breath in,
Finding a hold at the top of the breath for 10,
9,
8,
2,
1.
Slow release,
Release,
Release,
Release.
Hold.
Soften the tongue in your mouth.
Soften your.
.
.
Allow yourself to be held.
Release,
Release,
Release.
I feel deep breath.
I am grateful for deep breath.
What are you grateful for?
Imagine that your heart has its own nose.
And you can breathe in that gratitude right into your heart and it lights your heart up.
Your chest opens.
It fills,
Fills,
Fills with gratitude.
All the way out,
All the way out,
All the way out.
And then releasing all attachments to it.
Just letting it go.
Giving it back to the space around you.
And then breathing in that gratitude.
Beautiful.
Big,
Big breaths.
Beautiful,
Beautiful.
Let's transition to a few deep breaths and big sighs.
Really letting those shoulders fall away with a sigh.
I am grateful for,
Doesn't matter what it is,
As long as it's true for you.
Breathe it in.
Give it color.
Give it texture.
Give it form.
Give it life.
Thank you for being here.
My name is Eva Payne.
And this music beautifully put together by my brother,
Ryan Boring.
Thank you.
Thank you for co-creating.
And thank you for being here and co-creating.
Remember that together we flow.
Deep breath.
Finishing the sentence in your mind,
I can.
I can.
I will.
I am deep breath.
Breathe it in.
I am.
