Hi and thank you for joining me on this meditation.
I want to take some time
to first begin having a gentle awareness
of the body.
Sound of the breath.
The rise and fall of the chest.
Entering
slowly into the mind space.
Entering effortlessly
into our internal home.
Light and safety.
Breathing
here.
Nice
deep long inhale.
Releasing
deep long
exhale.
Gently soothing the body
at the start of this meditation.
Taking your left hand
and placing it over the heart.
Recognizing this
connection.
Being completely aware.
I am aware
of this moment.
I am aware
of this connection.
I am aware
of this moment.
I am aware
of this connection.
Feeling perhaps the warmth
or chill of the hand
on the chest.
Feeling perhaps the gentle rhythm
of the heart or pulse
of the fingers.
This human form
connecting internally
with our soul body.
Our soul
body that is housed
so safely,
So
securely inside
our physical frame.
Connecting with the soul
body.
Honoring thyself.
Honoring that yes,
I am my best
self.
Even in my
weakest moments.
And even in this exact version
of who I am right here
and right now.
I am
my best self.
Releasing the hands
palms facing up on either
side of the body.
Releasing and surrendering deeper
still.
Knowing I am secure.
Nothing can threaten me.
Allowing each breath
cycle to be natural.
Exactly as the body is choosing
to allow each breath cycle
to flow.
I am incomparably
unique.
I am in control of my
behavior.
I can change my mood
for the better.
I have unlimited possibilities.
I nurture
my own peace of mind.
I claim
my happiness.
I deserve to be gentle
towards myself.
I improve my life.
By changing
my thoughts.
I am safe and
protected.
I am stronger than
any emotion.
I listen to my
positive inner voice.
I can survive
and grow through this difficulty.
I breathe deeply now
and relax
when I feel stressed.
Inwardly focusing
on the body
and the way that these affirmations have shifted
both the outer and inner self.
Where is your focus now?
Where is your heart body and soul mind?
Lighting
the gentle focus
for you at this time.
Allowing yourself
to adjust.
Becoming
any more comfortable if needed.
Rolling the neck,
The arms.
Adjusting.
Getting a pillow,
Rolling the ankle.
Allowing
yourself the time,
Courtesy
and effort.
Simply speaking inside the mind.
And paying attention to your emotions
and then behaving in a healing
manner.
I hear you
my sweet soul.
I hear you my sweet
body.
I love you
my sweet soul.
I love you my sweet
body.
You have been fearless.
You have been working
so hard.
You have overcome
negativity with love.
You deserve
and desire a peaceful
life.
You have both inner and outer
beauty.
You have been more powerful
than any feeling or thought.
I can choose how
to think about my life.
I see myself free
from harmful thoughts and feelings.
I desire to keep
my heart soft and open.
I am
thankful for this situation.
Learning how to
take better care of myself
and my soul.
Taking this moment to dive
deeper into the soul body.
Releasing the shoulders,
Releasing the arms,
The neck,
The legs.
Listening to the sound of the breath.
Beginning
to see a beautiful light
extending at the crown
of the head.
And its rays reaching like the sun
gently down the face.
The jawline,
The neck,
Flooding down the shoulders,
Both arms at the hands and the fingertips.
Flowing
through the chest,
Entering the heart.
Cleansing this heart space.
Sensing the breath and the lungs.
Every inhale taking
in this light.
And every exhale
extending out this light.
Breathing it in to the body
and the soul and the breath.
Oxygenating the blood
with this light,
With this breath,
This healing,
Soothing breath.
And exhaling
this healing,
Soothing light
into your environment,
Into your sacred space.
With every breath creating an environment
of this healing light and love.
Thanking
the body for naturally
filtering this air as we breathe
into the nose.
Thanking the body
for how hard it works
and is so readily available for us
in every moment of every day
for our whole lives.
I love you
my body,
I love you.
Sending
this light into the belly.
Removing emotional
pains,
Harriers
of stuck places and time,
Moments
or memories.
Removing hard
to digest moments and emotions
from the belly,
Feeding the belly
this healing light.
Breathing into the belly with this healing
soothing light.
A circular light
as it twirls and swirls
cleansing and
healing all thoughts,
Emotions
and memories
pains,
Toxins
inflammations
and
simply digesting them through and out
the breath.
A big inhale
expanding the belly
and a big exhale
with the belly greeting the spine
pushing
out and through down the hips and the pelvis
area
down both legs
and out the palms of the feet
the light shining from each
individual toe
allowing the mind's eye
to show you the physical
body emanating now
in this glorious healing light
this light being spread
throughout the whole body
and the body's energy
aura emanating
six feet on either side of the body
this beautiful healing light that every breath
has just created
seeing this light extending from the palms of the feet
and the palms of the hands
seeing clearly now
I am light
I am love
I am healing
I am whole
I am precious and unique
I am
life,
I am love
I am
peace
resting the body in this light
and in this love
for as long as you need
feeling the weight of the body
as it feels safe and secure in this moment
as it feels rooted
and connected to this space
paying attention
to the way the body feels
and allowing it to simply
exist
