Begin by taking a nice deep breath in.
Fully releasing that breath.
Clearing the mind.
Clearing the space around you.
Finding a quiet place where you can be undisturbed and feel safe.
And another deep breath in.
And then fully releasing again.
Releasing the tasks and the stresses and any compulsive thoughts that may be distracting.
And try to focus either on the sound of my voice or the sound of your breath.
Knowing with every clear breath you take,
With the clarity of thought,
It is providing a clear space.
Both within the body,
The mind,
And your environment.
Meditation is soothing.
Not only for the soul,
But for your environment.
Allowing to clear the air within the lungs with these gentle breaths.
Clearing air within the mind with these mindful thoughts.
Clearing air within your environment with every productive breath and thought of action.
Now within the mind's eye,
Allowing yourself to see the beautiful violet light begin to encircle around the crown of the head.
And then streaming in another white light,
Purifying and amplifying this violet ray.
Feeling the energy from this light,
The vibration.
Allowing that to stimulate the mind.
Enhancing the thoughts.
Improving the memory.
Creating productive paths.
Creating more room and more space.
Now seeing the full mind encompassed within this light.
Allowing it to work at its own pace.
Allowing the free flowing movement of this energy.
Now feeling of this light beginning to graze over the face,
Down the neck,
Down the spine,
To the fingertips,
And down to the toes.
You are intelligent,
Knowing that your existence comes from a state of being.
Your existence alone is intelligence.
You being a creation means you are creative.
And with this creativity,
Enhancing the mind creates your intelligence.
You are capable to solve problems.
You are capable to solve your own problems.
You are capable to release yourself from your own problems.
You are not a problem.
You are a person who is loved and cared for.
You are a person who is smart and honest.
You are a person.
You are not invisible.
You exist.
You exist within intelligence.
Allowing these gentle violet and white rays of light to continue expanding within the body and within the crown of the head.
Taking another deep breath in.
Fully releasing.
Feeling more capable.
More direct.
Walking with conviction.
And placing your creativity on everything that you do.
Using that intelligence.
Creating something that is uniquely yours.
And seeing your body within your mind's eye.
Watching these rays of light begin to settle.
And as they begin to settle,
Creating awareness within the body.
Feeling the weight and the stillness.
Again focusing on those sounds of that breath.
Bringing your awareness back.
And when you feel ready,
Begin to open the eyes.
And when you feel able,
Begin to get up and go throughout your day.
