Begin by taking a nice deep breath in,
Slowly releasing,
Slowing down the breath,
Slowing the mind,
Relaxing the heartbeat,
Taking another deep breath in,
Fully releasing,
Relaxing the arms,
Releasing tightness within the face,
Releasing tension within the neck and the shoulders,
Finding a gentle rhythmic pulse within the body and within the sound of your breath.
And with the best of your ability,
Seeing a beautiful white light entering in at the palms of the feet,
Stretching up past the legs,
Reaching the base of the spine,
Working its way up through the torso,
Through the chest,
Into the neck,
Up the back of the head,
And exiting out of the crown chakra,
Feeling stable within the mind,
Feeling the stability and the support from the ground beneath you as it effortlessly holds you up,
Release more fully into the support,
Allowing yourself to feel carried,
Releasing fears,
Releasing judgment,
Promoting effortless communication within the body,
Allowing yourself to know that you are heard,
To know that you have a voice,
To know that you are strong,
That you are of value,
That you share a worth that is needed within this world that you were created,
Allowing the words from within your heart and within your mind to effortlessly be communicated,
Knowing as they come from the heart,
They come from love,
From gratitude,
From forgiveness and trust,
Knowing as they come from the mind,
They are divine and intelligent,
Virtuous.
Allow yourself for this moment to feel safe,
To know that this is a safe place,
To know that only you can hear these most inner thoughts,
Allowing yourself to take this moment of true integrity,
Hearing what it is that your heart has to say,
Understanding the words that your mind speaks to you and practicing with this trust and communication.
What are the things that you want most?
If you could envision what your life might be like,
What would you see?
How would you behave?
Allow yourself to see this fully,
Notice those moments within your life where you are truly happy.
What are you doing?
Who are you with?
How are you received?
Allow each moment to be placed effortlessly within the heart and within the mind,
Allowing this voice of integrity,
More room and more capabilities to move forward,
Making decisions,
Creating boundaries,
Starting relationships,
Voicing concerns.
Allow yourself to be heard because you count.
Allow yourself to matter because you are valuable.
Begin to focus on those gentle sounds of the breath,
Bringing awareness to the mind and the body,
Gently coming out of the meditation,
Allowing yourself to take as long as you need.
Taking another deep breath in,
Slowly releasing.
Now when you feel ready,
Begin to open your eyes,
Continue throughout your day.
