Let this feeling guide your next few breaths,
Staying here just for a few more moments.
And if your mind starts to wander,
Gently return to what matters to this breath,
To this very moment.
Now take three slow breaths.
Inhale gently through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
One more time,
Inhale together and exhale.
Notice what feels different now,
Even slightly.
