And let your shoulders soften.
Breathe in,
Noticing the coolness of the air.
And breathe out,
Feeling its warmth as it leaves the body.
And our final breath together,
Breathe in and sense the space around you.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

And let this moment be enough.
