What do you want in this big, Beautiful life of yours? How do you want to feel? Who do you want to be? What whispers to you? What brings you joy? What makes your heart sing? What do you dream about late at night? As you gaze upon the stars. What does your soul whisper to you? Close your eyes. And bring your hands to your beautiful heart. And let's check in. When you bring your awareness to your heart. What do you see? What do you feel? When you think about this dream. Of who you are and what you want to do in this big beautiful life. Who is with you? What are you doing? How do you feel? We'll rest here for a moment, Connecting with our hearts. Bring your breath to the heart. Bring your full awareness. Will stay here for a moment longer. Is your life. This is important work. What will you make of this beautiful life? Come back to the heart. Ask these questions. Who do I want to be? What do I want my life to look like? How do I want to feel? Maybe in this moment. You have a clearer picture. The ideas are flowing. You're sensing something, An energy. Maybe nothing yet. But it will come. The more often we return to our hearts, To our home. Our heart would feel safe to share. Communicate with you. But as you think. And now we're in the thinking mind. About this big beautiful life of yours. What do you want to add? What can you add to your life to make this life beautiful? What do you need to let go of? And are you willing? Are you able to do that right now in this moment? Not to wait. But to move forward. Moving towards that big beautiful life of yours. And come back to the heart. Bring your hands to the heart space.
