This breath has traveled through forests,

This breath has moved through whales deep in the ocean,
Through ancient trees in the forest,
Through countless living beings across time.
And now after that long journey around the earth,
This breath has arrived here for you to breathe.
Entering your body for this moment,
This ancient moving air becomes your breath.
As you inhale,
Imagine you are welcoming this powerful living current of the earth into your lungs,
A breath shaped by oceans,
Shaped by the winds,
By sunlight and by life itself.
Let the inhale be slow and full.
And as the breath enters your lungs,
Imagine it carrying a gentle,
Radiant energy with it.
This energy begins to spread through your body.
It spreads from the lungs into your heart,
From your heart into the bloodstream,
From the bloodstream into yourself.
With every breath in,
This ancient force moves through you.
With every breath out,
Your body releases tension,
Lets go of fatigue and anything that is no longer serving your health.
Breathing out what you are ready to release.
And with your eyes closed,
Draw your gaze upwards.
Now move into a deep visualization and begin to imagine your body in its most natural form,
Its natural state of balance,
That of healing.
Your cells working in harmony together.
Imagine your organs,
Your tissue,
All the systems.
Visualize this sacred breath moving through you.
As you breathe in,
The ancient breath of the earth feeds that vision.
Each inhale delivering energy and nourishment to every part of you.
Each exhale,
Allowing the body to relax deeper.
Helping you reach that healthy state.

Gently bring your awareness and this sacred breath there.

Imagine the breath traveling directly to a place,
