In this meditation, we imagine using a magical stone to heal your body. This stone attracts to it any dis-ease, discomfort, any pain, or heaviness. We allow the stone to gather up all that is no longer needed in our bodies, and then we toss it away. This healing practice is used in many ancient traditions.

Welcome.

Let's start this meditation together.

Let's take in a deep breath together and release this breath out.

And as you let go of that breath,

We also let go of any tension,

Any tightness that we're holding in our bodies.

We relax into this moment,

Letting go of all of the events for the day,

Those in the past and those to come.

And we bring ourselves to this present moment.

Soften your body and relax into this moment.

Allow the eyes to flutter,

Close,

Softening the jaw,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Finding the body in a relaxed state,

One that feels comfortable.

Let your arms rest either next to you or in front of you and cup your hands upwards.

Continue to breathe gently and softly.

And with your palms facing up,

Bring them together as if you were holding on to some water.

I am going to give you a very special stone.

This stone is black.

It is smooth.

This stone is about the size of a small egg.

It is lovely.

It feels comforting to the touch.

I will place this stone in your hands now.

Take just a moment to connect with your stone.

Feel its weight.

Feel the temperature of the stone.

Connect to your heart.

There is something very special about this stone,

Something that I have not shared yet.

And that is this stone acts like a magnet.

Not a typical magnet attracting metal,

Although I believe this stone definitely could attract heavy metal.

But this stone also attracts pain.

It attracts discomfort,

Illness,

And dis-ease.

This special stone can attract to it stuck emotions.

If you softly move this stone across your body,

It will attract and pull out of you all the stuff that needs to go.

All the heaviness,

The discomfort.

This very special stone can attract all of it to itself and pull it out of your body.

So let's proceed with your hands or maybe just in your imagination.

We will gently rub this stone across our body.

Let's start with our feet.

And so we rub the stone across the soles of our feet,

Across the top,

Through the toes.

Maybe there's a place you want to linger,

A tightness,

A stiffness.

Allow this stone to pull out any tiredness,

Any feelings of arthritis.

Let all of this go to the stone.

And take a moment to rub both your feet.

Now begin to pull the stone up a little higher,

Moving across the ankles,

Up the shins.

Across the calves.

And if I'm going too fast,

You are welcome to stay in any place that needs more attention.

Allow the stones to rub around the knees,

On the thigh,

The hamstrings.

It feels good to rub this special stone across our body.

Comforting.

And we'll bring the stone up to our midsection,

To our pelvis area,

To our lower back,

To the hips,

And even the belly.

Allow this stone to rub across these spaces.

Gently,

This stone pulls out any illness,

Any dis-ease,

Any discomfort.

Allow this stone to move up at the back of the spine just a bit.

Maybe over the kidneys,

The adrenals.

We'll pull the stone around the front,

Resting on the liver,

The gallbladder,

And again,

The belly.

We bring the stone to the ribcage,

Healing the lungs.

Let it rest on the heart.

Mending the heart.

And we'll continue to move up the body,

And we take this beautiful stone,

And we rub it across our shoulders.

And notice how you are relieved of any tension,

Any tightness.

Rub it across the back of the shoulders,

The tops of the shoulders.

Let it move down the arms,

All the way to the palms,

To the fingers.

And ensure you do both sides,

Right and left.

We bring the stone to our neck,

The back of the neck.

And you may feel the spine as it reaches up to the skull.

Allow the stone to rest here for a moment,

Releasing any tightness,

Any tension.

Bring the stone to the front of the neck,

The throat,

The thyroid.

Trusting and believing that your body is healing,

That this stone is pulling out any dis-ease,

Any discomfort.

And allow the stone to rise up to the jaw,

All the way to the temples,

Both sides.

Resting for a moment on the eyes,

Coming to the third eye,

And rising to the top of the head,

The crown.

Let the stone rest here for just a moment,

Pulling out any discomfort,

Any dis-ease.

And drop your hands back down to the lap,

Still cupping this special stone as if holding water.

And notice if the temperature has shifted,

The weight has changed.

And once again,

We connect to our hearts.

And let's send gratitude.

We send gratitude towards this stone for what it has gathered up.

And then you can toss this.

You may toss this stone as far as you can,

Tossing it into the ocean,

Into space,

Across the desert.

Let it go.

Taking with it all the pain,

All the dis-ease,

Everything that was pulled out of your body,

Causing heaviness and discomfort,

Tossed away.

Rest for just a moment now,

Relaxing into this state.

A moment where the body feels healed.

And when you are ready,

You may come back to your day,

Knowing that you may come and visit this meditation at any time in order to release any of the heaviness,

Any of the discomfort,

Any dis-ease that comes to revisit your body.

I send you love.

Namaste.
