Feel close to yourself and experience the peace and relaxation.

This is an excellent time to remind yourself of a few positive self-reflective affirmations.

For centuries philosophers and great teachers have discovered and marvelled at the incredible powers of the healing mind.

As a human being you also possess those powers within you.

You can use your own inner powers to create a more balanced healthy lifestyle and to create a greater sense of well-being.

Therefore in this moment accept and believe in the powers of your own mind.

Believe in yourself.

As a human being you are part of an incredible force that we call life.

There is so much beauty and wonder in life.

Your respect for life might in a special way include yourself as well.

When you begin with yourself it becomes much easier for you to respect others.

At this moment feel yourself respectfully and lovingly and make a clear commitment to yourself to be kind to yourself every day.

Understand the importance of inner peace and the powerful positive benefits of it and continue to pause to meditate regularly with diligence and patience.

Let us make a genuine effort to create and cultivate love,
