Begin by finding a quiet,

Comfortable place where you can lie down or sit without distractions.

Close your eyes and take a moment to settle into the space.

Feel into the ground beneath you,

Solid and stable.

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

With each breath,

Let yourself soften into relaxation.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing any tension or stress from your body.

Now imagine you are stepping into a sacred circle of nature.

A place where the ancient Celts connected with the spirits of the land,

The elements and their ancestors.

In this sacred circle of nature,

You are safe,

Supported and deeply connected to the earth.

With each breath,

We begin by strengthening the connection with the earth,

The foundation of strength.

Start by focusing on your feet and legs.

In Celtic tradition,

The earth itself is sacred and filled with ancient wisdom.

Visualize that beneath you is a fertile,

Green landscape.

Let it be a meadow,

Soft and warm underfoot.

As you breathe,

Imagine this energy of the earth rising up through the soles of your feet.

This energy is steady and grounding,

Like the roots of a great oak tree.

Feel the earth's strength filling your legs,

Your knees and thighs.

As this energy moves upward,

Feel your chest and your heart area soften.

The water carrying away any burdens.

Now shift your focus to the element of air.

The breath of life.

Air is the realm of the spirit.

Fire represents warmth,

Your arms and down into your legs.
