With each exhale,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into a calm,

Peaceful state.

Visualize yourself by a serene lake,

Still,

Clear,

And quiet.

As you breathe,

Connect with your body's natural rhythms and allow yourself to feel open to positive change.

Now imagine a bright,

Healing light surrounding you.

And with each breath,

This light fills you with energy and well-being.

And this energy guides you to living a healthier life,

So that you can align more deeply with your goals and your healthy habits.

And some of the healthy habits that you are aligning with are that you wake up each day feeling refreshed,

Energized,

And content.

You crave healthy foods and water,

And water is your first and favorite option.

Water refreshes and hydrates you.
