Hi.

So this is some emotional support and encouragement for your pelvic floor journey.

So welcome.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated with your feet flat on the ground or lying down with a pillow under your knees.

Allow your hands to rest gently over your lower belly or your heart.

Close your eyes and begin with a deep breath.

And just allow yourself to relax.

Let your shoulders soften,

Your jaw relax.

This journey,

This journey of your pelvic floor healing,

It isn't linear.

It's not about perfection.

It's about presence and showing up.

It's about returning to your body with patience,

Compassion and trust.

You may be working on bladder control or stretching or pelvic floor exercises that feel so small but are incredibly powerful.

So breathe in and breathe out.

And repeat softly in your mind,

I give myself grace.

Progress is not always visible,

But it is happening.

I am committed,

Not rushed.

And just repeat those to yourself.

And give some appreciation,

Gratitude and compassion to your body.

Just sit there and allow the feelings of appreciation for yourself.

Just wash over your body.

Now gently bring awareness to your pelvic area and feel it as a foundation,

Not as a problem.

It holds you,

It grounds you,

It connects you to the earth.

And let's breathe into it.

Inhale and feel the space widen in your belly.

And exhale.

Feel your pelvic floor soften,

Release and relax.

When challenges arise,

Such as leaks,

Setbacks,

Tightness,

Remind yourself this is a dialogue,

Not a demand.

And you can always come back to your breath to release and relax.

Maybe you are trying a new stretch,

Or you feel weak,

Or you forgot to do your exercises.

But that's okay.

You're still on the path.

Your body responds to kindness,

To repetition and to breath.

Now take a moment to say to yourself,

I am healing even when I don't feel it.

I trust the intelligence of my body.

I show up and that is enough.

This is hard work.

It's emotional.

You are brave and you are not alone.

So breathe into your courage,

Your softness and your hope.

And allow yourself to congratulate yourself for showing up,

However often that is.

So as we close,

Bring one hand to your heart and one to your pelvis.

And feel the connection between these two sacred centers.

Let that be your reminder,

You are healing and you are whole.
