And rest your fingers on the knobs.
As you begin to turn it.
The door opens effortlessly.
As soon as you open the door.
The scent of fresh moss.
And greenery begins to drift towards you.
The snow is clean.
Earthy.
A very natural sense.
That feels grounding.
And comforting.
As you step through the doorway.
You feel the cool embrace of forest air.
Gently surrounding your body.
The scent becomes richer.
More soothing with every breath you take.
You now find yourself standing inside of a calm forest.
Just as the sun is beginning to set.
The light is soft.
The colors are warm and gentle.
Tall trees surround you.
Their leaves glowing faintly.
In the fading light.
Creating a sense of safety.
And quiet.
As you continue into the safety of this forest.
And with every step you take forward.
Your body feels heavier.
Slower.
More relaxed.
As you continue walking.
You notice an opening ahead of you.
A wide,
Peaceful clearance.
Covered in soft,
Green moss.
And be sighted.
A small brook.
Slowly babbling along.
Creating a gentle.
Rhythmic sound.
As you step into this clearing.
You feel the moss beneath your feet.
Cool.
Soft.
Cushioned.
Each step,
Think slightly into the ground.
Supporting you.
Relaxing you.
Grounding you deeper into the earth.
You slowly walk towards the center of the clearing.
And allow yourself to gently lie down on the soft bed.
Comfortable mass.
Your body.

As if the forest itself.
