Welcome.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position,
Sitting upright or lying down,
Whichever is more comfortable to you.
Lay your hands gently,
Rest,
And allow your eyes to close when you're ready.
This is your time to slow down,
Breathe deeply,
And return to yourself.
Begin by bringing your attention to your breath,
Noticing the inhale and the exhale,
No need to change it,
Just noticing.
Let's deepen the breath together now.
Inhale slowly through your nose.
Exhale gently through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale slowly through your mouth,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Once more,
Inhale,
And exhale.
Let your breath now settle into a more natural rhythm,
Each inhale creating space,
And each exhale softening any tension.
Go ahead and breathe naturally for the next few minutes,
And deepen your relaxation.
Now that you've been able to deepen yourself into a more relaxed state,
Bring your awareness to your body.
Notice where your body makes contact with the floor or the chair beneath you.
Feel supported,
Held,
Grounded.
Let your shoulders drop,
And soften your jaw.
Try and release any tightness you may be holding in your hands.
You don't have to hold anything right now,
So you can just let it go,
Relax,
And be present.
Now hopefully your body is feeling even more relaxed now,
And I want you to bring attention to your mind.
I want you to create an image of yourself standing at the edge of a quiet,
Tranquil forest.
The air is crisp,
The ground is steady beneath you.
This is a sacred space,
A place of renewal.
With each breath,
You step gently into the forest,
Following a soft but winding path,
Lined with smooth stones and whispering trees.
You walk slowly,
Feeling the earth beneath your feet.
Each step brings you closer to yourself.
Up ahead,
The trees begin to part,
To reveal a still,
Clear lake.
As you look upon this lake,
The surface is like glass,
Reflecting the sky above.
This lake represents your inner wisdom,
Your natural clarity.
You approach the edge,
And begin to sit comfortably beside the water.
You gaze deeply into the lake.
You see that it's calm,
Open,
And unafraid.
In this stillness,
You begin to see what matters.
Your worries settle like dust in the wind.
Your thoughts begin to flow,
And float like leaves drifting across the surface.
Here,
Nothing is required of you.
Here,
You are enough.
Let this be a space where all the noise fades,
And only truth remains.
Now gently repeat to yourself,
Either silently or aloud,
I am clear.
I see what matters.
My mind is spacious and calm.
Answers arise from stillness.
I trust my inner knowing.
Let each word echo within you.
Not to fix,
Not to force,
But to remember.
You're not trying to figure anything out.
You're simply allowing clarity to rise.
Like mist lifting off the lake.
Continue to enjoy this calm moment with yourself,
And allow that clarity to rise within you.
In your own time,
Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the inhale,
And exhale.
Notice your body once again.
The ground or the chair beneath you.
The space around you.
Wiggle your fingers and toes if that feels good.
Know that the stillness and clarity you touch today,
Remains with you.
You can return to this place anytime you want to.
With a breath.
With your presence.
With your intention.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Take one final deep breath in.
And exhale fully.
Welcome back.
I want to thank you all for taking time for yourself today.
And hopefully you can bring this clarity and calm with you,
Into the rest of your day and your week.
I want to thank you all,
And have a wonderful rest of the day.
